History
Although I'm unsure of the exact date of the building's construction, it's referenced as early as 1945, and was exclusively used as a building for various businesses. In 1945, it is marked as Hurley Real Estate, which later became Deegan Real Estate, for Edwin F. Deegan, who lived on the neighboring property of 3 Tenby Road. There are no more mentions of Deegan Realty on the property after 1951.
From at least 1984 onwards (after being sold for $68,750), it was the home of Ambulatory Medical Care, Inc. (a.k.a. Doctor's Urgent Care), whcih presided at the same 3 Tenby Road that Deegan did, and was forced to leave the Tenby property following a dispute with the . It was a walk-in medical center, and was featured below in a cover story about health care in the area.

It was re-sold under a maybe rebranding in 1985? and I believe again under another rebranding in 1995. In 2002, it was sold to Perinatal Cardiology Consultants, its current occupant, for $375,000.
